PROJECT LOCATION Macao Beach, Dominican Republic

Working from our office in Bavaro, Higuey, Dominican Republic, Weitz Golf completed the new championship golf course at the new Roco Ki Golf and Beach Resort in the Summer of 2008. Designed by Nick Faldo, the course is routed along a coconut palm lined beach, mangroves and a prominent rocky headland. Several holes will play along the headland and bluffs along the Atlantic Ocean.

Weitz Golf provided comprehensive pre-construction services in the months leading up to the start of construction including, budgeting, value analysis, scheduling and supervision of clearing and mass excavation operations.

PROJECT LOCATION Roslyn, WA

Rope Rider is the third course being built for the Suncadia Resort. Weitz Golf also completed the Palmer designed Prospector course and Tom Doak designed Tumble Creek course within the burgeoning development.

Built around an abandoned coal mine, the course is named after the miners who rode ropes down into the mine shafts. An existing coal stockpile will come into play on several holes on the back nine. The Jacobsen-Hardy designed course measures 7,203 yards from the back tees and features a bluegrass blend on the fairways and bentgrass greens.

The project is scheduled to be completed in Summer of 2008.

PROJECT LOCATION Edmond, OK

This project features a new 18-hole layout designed by Arthur Hills - Steve Forrest. This championship course offers challenging play and features a large practice and teaching facility. Additional services provided by Weitz Golf included construction of a new Aquatic Center, cart storage and Community Center.

This new 18-hole championship course designed by Ted Robinson features rock lined waterfalls and pools. The course offers sweeping views of the San Bernardino mountains.

PROJECT LOCATION La Quinta, CA

This project, designed by Palmer Course Design, is the first 18-hole championship golf courses being developed by the City of La Quinta Apart from the typical golf course construction scope of work, the contract also included extensive landscape and water feature construction.

Construction was completed in November of 2004.
