PROJECT LOCATION Orlando, FL

Weitz Golf International renovated the Steve Smyers designed International Golf Club. This fast track renovation included the complete renovation of the course's greens, tees, bunkers, drainage, and irrigation systems. The renovation was completed in September of 2003.

PROJECT LOCATION Lake Tahoe, NV

The renovation, designed by Kyle Phillips Golf Course Design, features extensive re-construction of the greens, tees and bunkers, re-shaping, fairway drainage improvements, new asphalt cart paths, new irrigation system and re-grassing. A new rock lined, cascading stream highlights the approach to the #9 green.

PROJECT LOCATION City of Industry, CA

This project involves 36 holes of fast–tracked, phased golf course renovation. Designed by Casey O'Callahan, the project includes renovated greens and bunkers, new irrigation and re–grassing. Construction began in January 2006.

PROJECT LOCATION Miami, FL

The renowned La Gorce Country Club upgraded their facility with new bunker fabric and sand, regrassing of the greens, a few changed tee relocations and a new chipping and putting facility. Also addressed were some poor draining areas to further enhance the golf course. All of the work was under the direction of Pearson Golf Design.

PROJECT LOCATION Tucson, AZ

Weitz Golf renovated the greens and bunkers on 9 holes in the summer of 2008 at La Paloma in Tucson, AZ. This truly unique course, with its distinctive desert-scape of flowering cacti, palo verde, yucca, agave and other native vegetation, has received accolades as one of the top resort courses in the country.

PROJECT LOCATION Palm Springs, CA

The extensive renovation of the Landmark Golf Club course included new holes at #13, 14 & 15, relocation of hole #8, re-shaping and drainage work on several holes, new tee and greens features, irrigation re-work, lake and water feature work. The fast-track renovations were completed in four months.
