PROJECT LOCATION Pahrump, NV

Construction has completed on the second nine holes at the Mountain Falls development. Designed by Nicklaus Design, the course was cut into the rugged yet beautiful desert terrain outside Las Vegas. Weitz Golf completed the first nine holes in 2001. Work on the second nine was complete in October of 2003.

PROJECT LOCATION Brighton, MI

Renovation of 18-hole championship course including tees, greens, drainage, cart path renovations and additions. The project was designed by Jerry Matthews Natural Course Design.

PROJECT LOCATION Ogden, Utah

Construction is underway on this renovation project located in scenic Utah. The work includes re-shaping of several holes, new and renovated bunkers and a re-designed driving range and short game practice area. Also included is excavation and lining of a new lake. The materials excavated from the lake will be used to create a safety berm along the driving range. The renovation was completed Spring 2005.

PROJECT LOCATION Phoenix, AZ

The renovation of Papago Park Golf Course in Phoenix, AZ includes new greens, tees, bunkers, fairway renovation, new irrigation system and minor shaping changes.

WGI will be working in partnership with the Arizona Golf Association, The City of Phoenix and Billy Fuller Golf Design. This fast paced project will also include minor clubhouse renovation in Phase 1 and planned construction of a new facility within 3 years. Weitz Golf will be the General Contractor for all Phases of the construction process.

PROJECT LOCATION Skidaway Island, GA

Weitz Golf International has completed the renovation of the scenic Plantation Course at The Landings. This renovation, designed by Clyde Johnston, included minor clearing to eliminate shady areas, new and re-shaped bunkers, golf course and storm drainage, new concrete cart paths and re-grassing. The fast-track renovation was completed mid-August 2004.

PROJECT LOCATION San Diego, CA

Weitz Golf International was awarded the second phase of renovation work at the Pro Kids Golf Academy and Learning Center. Designed by Golf Properties Design, the renovation included selective clearing and grading, new features, improved drainage, re-grassing and landscaping. Weitz completed the Phase One renovation last year.
